Beginning three months before your wedding, I'll step in to bring every moving piece together—confirming details, coordinating vendors, refining timelines, and ensuring nothing is overlooked. When your wedding day arrives, you won't be answering questions, checking timelines, or solving last-minute problems. Your only job on your wedding day is to soak in every moment, celebrate with the people you love, and create memories that will stay with you long after the last dance.

Venue Walkthrough & details meeting

Day of Management: Check in and manage all vendors, timeline management, primary point of contact, oversee your entire event flawlessly from start to finish (up to 10 hours on site coordination); additional hours can be added on
