What is the benefit of hiring a planner?

When you work with a planner you get a professional and thoughtful bestie + advocate from the first hello to the final farewell. We guide you through every significant detail from budget management to vendor selection to flawless management of your most special day. With built in vendor connections, creative design skills, & logistic superpowers, you can truly ditch the overwhelm and actually enjoy the process.

What is the difference between a venue coordinator and wedding coordinator?

So glad you asked! Both are essential and provide very different roles. A venue coordinator’s primary focus is on the venue, making sure the venue, its amenities + staff are running efficiently the day of. The wedding coordinator's primary focus is YOU. We manage all of your vendors, set up & tear down, as well as managing the flow and timeline of your day. We are also your biggest advocate, overseeing any decisions that align with your wishes. Both of these roles are vital and work in tandem to provide you with a stress free & flawless wedding day.


How far in advance should we book your services?

I encourage booking as early as possible to secure your date and allow for ample preparation time, especially when it comes to full service planning and design. Typically no later than 9-12 months is ideal. As design is one of my specialty services that books fast, the earlier the better! I’m always sad when I have to turn people away! Don’t save your coordinator until the last minute either. Their role is KEY on wedding day. I highly recommend 4-6 months out.

What sets me apart is the connection and care behind everything I create. I take the time to truly get to know my couples, which allows me to design weddings that feel personal, thoughtful, and one of a kind. Beyond styling, my hands-on design and building background means I can create custom pieces from scratch for a truly unique day. I also offer a one-stop experience, covering planning, design, decor, florals, and coordination. As a boutique business, you’ll work directly with me from start to finish, ensuring a seamless and intentional experience.

What should we expect on our consultation call?

This is a FUN, no pressure kind of call. We’ll discuss all the special details of your love day, get to know each other, and see if we are a good fit. You’ll get to ask all of your important questions and I’ll walk through my different services to best support you in planning the wedding of your dreams.



Do you work with specific vendors or can we choose our own?

My philosophy is always “It’s your day and your way”. While I do have a vetted team of amazing + trusted vendors at the ready, I will happily work with any vendors you have your heart set on. My goal is to foster a wonderful dream team to bring your visions to life!

What areas do you service?

I LOVE to travel and will consider any opportunities, especially where love and design are involved. My typical travel radius is all of Southern California, with a focus in Orange and Los Angeles counties. Depending on the travel distance, a mileage fee and/or lodging may be necessary. Please inquire for more specifics. 


Do you plan events other than weddings?

Yes!! I've pretty much planned them all by now. From bridal showers, baby showers, birthdays, quinceaneras, anniversaries and other milestones, I  love to design and celebrate all occasions. Please inquire for specifics related to your event.

Most definitely!! We value that each event is unique and not every package is one size fits all. We’d love to work closely with you to tailor our services to fit your needs. From a la carte items to full packages, we will have you covered.
